Reflexology— a massage that pinpoints specific areas on hands and feet that enhances the functions of corresponding organs, glands and muscles. This promotes good health, relieves symptoms of stress, injury and illness.

Hot Stone Massage – these stones will assist the therapist in relieving tension and launches entire body relaxation.

Anma – this is ancient healing art, which uses special techniques to stimulate key points (Tsubo) on the surface of the skin to promote the body's natural self-healing abilities.

Shiatsu—Japanese acupressure technique that restores energy to the body by stimulation of Meridian points and body manipulation.

Children Massage – specific sessions promote the health and well being of your children from 2 weeks to 18 years of age.
PEDIATRIC MASSAGE PARENTING CLASSES’ – are playful programs supporting bonding between child and parents are:
‘THE SAFE AND NURTURING TOUCH’ CLASS - strengthen all body functions and body awareness.
‘PARENT MASSAGE TRAINING’ CLASS - supportive program for families with children who have special needs.
GROUP CLASSES - (1) one-hour session for 4 (four) to 6 (six) weeks series - $ 19 per session.
PRIVATE CLASS - is available for children and guardian for (1) one hour session.
Cancellation/re-scheduling policy of 24 hours applies.

FIMASE is the first to present massage programs for children and parents:
Parent and Child Massage Program - introduce parents/caregivers to playful massage techniques to improve child’s body posture, sleep, and ease digestive problems and other health-related issues. Classes are divided in 5 different age groups. During the program, the instructor utilizes games and songs, showing parent(s) and children how to master these techniques.
Preventive & Nurturing Program - reduce physical and mental tension from daily schoolwork, sport activities, computer tasks, text messaging and playing electronic games, specially designed for school and adolescent age.
Children Therapeutic Massage Program - for families who have children with special challenges, such as diabetes, ADHD, cancer, HIV, and Autism.
After-school Program - in Kahala Elementary school every Tuesday 2:30 - 3:15 we are talking and exercising relaxation, art, child to child massage, learning about function of our body.
