As mother of two active elementary school-age boys, I was so grateful to FIMASE for providing my sons with a wonderful way to learn about health issues and the importance of self care at the same time. Children these days cope with so many stresses and pressures in our fast-paced society. This class helped them relieve the stresses of daily living and stay calm in the face of challenges. We liked this class because we learned what to do if we get hurt playing sports or falling off of hiking trails. Ms. Zorka is a great teacher who helps us understand muscles and nerves and bones. We learned about all the ways to have good health and why massage can help you feel better. Everyone should take this class! You'll love it! T.

It was fun and I always looked forward to come to class. My muscles needed massage and I know today how to do it!! Never boring, to much to do. We created our own doll!! Great and funny time!! S.
