What will the Massage After School Program do for your Child?

• Calm and improve concentration for better grades

• Increase confidence and self-esteem

• Learn to respect others, which leads to social inclusion and other benefits (i.e. bully resistance)

• Learn how to prevent Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and improve body posture, immune system, and symptoms of muscle strain for health condition improvement

• Learn how to prepare beforehand and relax after sporting events for injury prevention 

MASSAGE PROGRAM at KAHALA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

 Program is for children 4-14 years old

  Th            Three different programs offered:                          

                   1. Children Course     2. Parent and child Course     3. Massage Class for Children

                   Courses are once/week for 8 Weeks   Program Cost:  $ 98          Duration 45 min.

                    Starting any time       Class meets every Tuesday 2:30pm – 3:15pm,
